If you’re looking for a proper oil spa massage experience in Bangkok, today I’m sharing a hidden gem I’ve visited multiple times: Rina.
To be honest, as someone who’s been living in Bangkok long-term, I didn’t really want to talk about this place. Why? Because I just want to keep it for myself. If it gets popular after I share it, there’ll be queues again. I hate that feeling of waiting one or two hours in line — it’s hot, you get hungry, and by the time your turn comes the hunger is gone… and that’s not something one or two pieces of Thai XDD can fix.
But one time I went there and started showing off, casually mentioning that I have tens of thousands of dirty-minded followers on Instagram. The boss lady immediately locked onto me and kept begging me to write something, promising free sessions later. Following the principle of “never miss a freebie,” I decided to write this extremely half-assed article. On one hand it can satisfy the boss lady so I can keep freeloading, and on the other hand it should be confusing enough that most guys won’t easily find the place. That way there won’t be long queues, and I can still get the freebies. Honestly, I feel like a genius for thinking of this.
Anyway, back to the point.
The shop is located in the bustling Ekkamai Soi 12. From the outside it looks more like a private standalone villa. Right across the street is a Korean-run KTV, and next door is a very popular bar — more like a live house actually — called Home Ekkamai. That place is extremely popular; every night there are lots of Instagram-famous Thai girls. I personally like going there a lot. When I write the bar series later, I’ll give VIP brothers a dedicated guide on how to play there.
Back to Rina Bangkok. You could say the location is not ideal, but there are many bars around. At the same time, the shop itself is quite private, and the sign isn’t particularly eye-catching. For people who prefer quiet places, this is actually a great spot — the kind of place where you can come in the afternoon, do a session, and then just pass out until evening. You know what I mean.
The shop mainly focuses on oil spa treatments. They have really nice-smelling aromatherapy oils and scrub massages. It’s also quite popular with female customers. You know how some guys like using their girlfriend’s or wife’s skincare products, all those little bottles and jars, and it actually feels pretty good applying them on your face? Coming to this shop gives you a similar feeling — lots of bottles and jars I can’t even name. Whether it’s the bathtubs or the interior design, everything here is very photogenic. Even a rough guy like me can’t help but want to take selfies inside, you know?

They also have body scrubs and exfoliation treatments. To put it bluntly, it’s similar to the big bathhouses in Northeast China where they scrub you down, except here instead of big uncles and aunties, you get pretty young girls doing it. You can also choose cosplay outfits, which can add some extra fun to the happy ending.
The front desk supports multiple languages, including Chinese and Japanese, so it’s very friendly for first-time visitors to Bangkok. The basic 60-minute package is 3,300 baht. Brothers in my membership group can get some extra small perks. For me, this is the kind of place I come to reset after working hard — a real hidden gem. I’ve even recommended that my brothers bring their wives here. Honestly, the experience is better when you come as a couple. It just depends on how you talk to your wife or girlfriend. Actually, there’s not much talking needed — once they see the environment photos, most of them will agree. Some might even sneak over by themselves without you.
